By entering into this agreement, both parties agree to abide by the following terms.
Full payment is due 7 days before the day of the scheduled event. thecapofilm reserves the right to withhold the delivery of final photo or video until full payment is received.
To secure the services for the specified date and time, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of RM200. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of the event. Our package is solely for the wedding itself and we do not provide coverage for other events such as birthday celebrations or parties that may take place during the wedding.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the Client must inform us as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable. If the Client reschedules, the deposit may be applied to the new date if agreed upon by both parties.
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary event details, including but not limited to the event address, schedule, contact person, and any other relevant information, as well as ensuring that all outstanding payments are settled within the stated deadlines.
If any outstanding payment or essential event details remain unresolved 24 hours before the scheduled event, thecapofilm reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled and will not be required to attend or provide the agreed services. In such circumstances, the booking deposit shall remain non-refundable.
thecapofilm is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and safe working environment for our team. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate our services if the Client or any person acting on behalf of or associated with the Client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards our team.
This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, intimidation, harassment, or any conduct that compromises the safety, dignity, or wellbeing of our team.
If thecapofilm terminates the booking or services solely due to such conduct, the RM200 booking deposit will be refunded in full to the Client. thecapofilm shall not be liable for any additional compensation, damages, or costs arising from the termination of services.
thecapofilm will provide the Client with edited, high-resolution digital files within 90 working days of the event. The delivery method will be given via Google Drive. The Client understands that any additional prints, albums, or products may incur separate charges.
The Client grants thecapofilm the right to use the images or video for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. If the Client does not wish to grant this right, they must inform us before the event.
thecapofilm retains creative control over the composition, editing, and artistic direction of the images or videos. The Client trusts our professional judgment in capturing and editing the images. All edited files and colour grading will be selected by our team.
